Acceptable Use

Terms of Use

The terms governing your use of the CUDLC platform.

By accessing or using the Caleb University Distance Learning Centre (CUDLC) platform, you agree to these terms. They protect both you and the institution.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify CUDLC IT immediately of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — no impersonation, harassment, distribution of malware, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.

Academic integrity

Plagiarism, ghost-writing, and exam misconduct are serious offences and violate the CUDLC Code of Conduct. Violations may result in failing grades, disciplinary action, or expulsion.

Intellectual property

Course materials are provided for your personal academic use only. You may not redistribute, copy, sell, or publicly post lecture recordings, slides, or assessments.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
